At Intimo, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
